1. Overview
Leadsturn aims to provide clear information about paid services, advertising opportunities, business listings and digital marketing engagements before a customer makes a purchase.
This policy describes the general process for cancellation and refund requests. The specific terms displayed during an order, in an invoice, in a written proposal or in a service agreement may provide additional details.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a statutory refund, cancellation or consumer protection right that applies to your purchase and cannot legally be waived.
2. Services covered by this policy
Depending on the order, this policy may apply to services offered through Leadsturn, including:
- Paid advertisements and classified ad placements.
- Business listing and promotional packages.
- Featured listings and visibility upgrades.
- Website design and development services.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Answer engine optimisation (AEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO).
- Digital marketing and lead-generation services.
- Other paid services expressly offered by Leadsturn.
A service is covered only to the extent that it was purchased from or contracted directly with Leadsturn. Purchases made directly from third-party providers are subject to their respective policies.
3. Refund eligibility
Refund requests are assessed according to the purchased service, the applicable order terms, the stage of service delivery, the circumstances of the request and relevant law.
A refund may be considered in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate payment or an identifiable payment-processing error.
- A payment received for an order that Leadsturn confirms it cannot fulfil.
- A material failure to provide an expressly agreed service, where a refund or other remedy is appropriate under the agreement or applicable law.
- A cancellation request that qualifies under the specific purchase terms or mandatory consumer protection rules.
These examples do not guarantee approval. We may need to review the order confirmation, payment records, agreed deliverables, correspondence and work already completed before reaching a decision.
4. Situations where a refund may not be available
Subject to applicable law and the terms of your purchase, a refund may not be available in circumstances such as:
- A service has been completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
- An advertisement or business listing has already been published or its agreed promotional period has begun.
- Custom design, development, research, content creation or other work has already been performed.
- You change your mind after work has started, where no cancellation right or refund entitlement applies.
- You provide inaccurate information, fail to supply required materials or do not respond to reasonable requests needed to deliver the service.
- You request a refund solely because search rankings, enquiries, traffic, sales or advertising results differ from your expectations and no specific result was contractually guaranteed.
- A third-party platform changes its policies, algorithms, features or availability, affecting outcomes outside our agreed scope of control.
This section does not override a specific written refund commitment, a remedy owed for a failure to deliver, or a non-excludable right under applicable law.
5. Cancellation requests
If you want to cancel an order or service, contact Leadsturn as soon as possible using the contact details at the bottom of this page. Include your order reference, payment date and the service you wish to cancel.
Cancellation requests are reviewed against the order terms and the stage of delivery. A request received before work starts may be handled differently from one received after publication, development or campaign work has begun.
Cancelling a recurring service, where recurring billing is offered, does not automatically cancel amounts already lawfully due for prior service periods. The applicable renewal and cancellation conditions will govern.
Do not assume that sending a cancellation message automatically stops a scheduled payment or ends an existing agreement. Request confirmation of the cancellation and any applicable effective date.
6. Advertising packages and business listings
Paid advertising and business listing packages may include listing publication, featured placement, promotional visibility or a defined service period.
Once an agreed advertising service has started or a listing has been published, the amount refundable, if any, will depend on the order terms, the service delivered and applicable law.
Publication does not guarantee that every visitor will see the listing or contact the advertiser. Actual exposure may vary due to visitor behaviour, competition, search engine indexing, device differences and other factors.
If a paid listing is not published within an expressly agreed delivery period, contact us with your order details so that we can investigate and determine the appropriate remedy.
7. Website design, SEO and digital marketing services
Website development, design, SEO, AEO, GEO and marketing services may involve research, planning, configuration, content creation, technical changes and other work performed over time.
When reviewing a refund request for these services, we may consider:
- The written scope of work and agreed deliverables.
- Whether work has started or deliverables have been supplied.
- Approved designs, content, milestones and revisions.
- Third-party expenses expressly authorised for the project.
- Any agreed cancellation, milestone or refund conditions.
SEO and marketing results are influenced by external platforms, market competition, website conditions and other variables. Unless a specific outcome is expressly guaranteed in a written agreement, rankings, traffic, leads and sales are not guaranteed.
This does not excuse failure to provide the actual work or deliverables promised under an applicable agreement.
8. Duplicate payments and payment errors
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order or that a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us promptly.
Please provide the following information where available:
- Your name and registered email address.
- The relevant order or invoice number.
- The payment date and amount.
- The payment transaction reference.
- Evidence of the duplicate charge, with sensitive financial information concealed.
We will review the information and, if a duplicate or erroneous payment is confirmed, arrange an appropriate correction or refund in accordance with the payment method, applicable rules and law.
Never send your full card number, card security code, online banking password or one-time password to us.
9. How to request a refund
Send your refund or cancellation request to our contact email address. You may also contact us by telephone or WhatsApp to ask for assistance.
To help us process your request, include:
- Your full name and account email, if applicable.
- Your order, invoice or transaction reference.
- The name of the service or package purchased.
- The amount and date of payment.
- A clear explanation of the reason for the request.
- Relevant correspondence or supporting documents, if available.
Please provide only the information needed to identify and review your request. Conceal unnecessary personal and financial information from any supporting documents.
We may contact you if additional information is needed. Submitting a request does not by itself mean that the refund has been approved.
10. Review, approval and refund processing
We will review refund requests within a reasonable period, taking into account the information supplied and the nature of the service.
If a refund is approved, we will communicate the decision and any relevant processing details. Where practicable, an approved refund will be returned through the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required.
The time required for funds to appear in your account may depend on the bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider. We cannot guarantee the processing time of an external provider.
If we decline a request, we may explain the reasons for the decision, subject to the circumstances and applicable law. You may contact us if you believe relevant information has been overlooked.
Any specific deadline or processing commitment expressly stated in your purchase terms or required by law takes precedence over this general description.
11. Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you notice an unfamiliar transaction or believe a payment is incorrect, contact us and your payment provider promptly.
We encourage customers to provide the relevant order information so that we can investigate billing concerns and attempt to resolve legitimate disputes.
You retain any rights you have to raise a dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights available under applicable law.
12. Consumer rights and applicable law
Your statutory rights may depend on your location, the type of service purchased, how the contract was formed and other circumstances.
Nothing in this Refund and Cancellation Policy excludes or restricts a consumer right, refund entitlement, cancellation period or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Where mandatory legal requirements provide a different outcome from this policy, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
13. Changes to this Refund Policy
Leadsturn may update this policy to reflect changes in its services, payment arrangements, business practices or legal obligations.
The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where required, applicable notice or consent procedures will be followed.
The terms applicable to an existing order will also be subject to any contractual commitments and mandatory legal protections that apply to that order.
